Non-Attendee Conference Proceedings - $795.
Electronic conference proceedings are available for those unable to attend the conference. Please use registration form to order final, updated proceedings. A download link will be sent approximately one week following conference.
Final confirmation including maps and directions will be sent by November 10th.
Refunds for advance payment, less a $50 processing fee, will be given in full provided cancellation by phone or e-mail is received 10 business days before the event (October 29th). If you do not cancel by that date or are a no-show, the credit card provided will be charged for the full amount.
